We often find many people complaining about how they lose fat only to gain it again after they follow those so-called “life-changing” diet plans.
Diets have become somewhat of a culture for people seeking to lose belly fat these days.
One thing you need to keep in mind is that YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.
Once, you get this part right and believe in yourself…There is nothing stopping you.
SO LETS FINALLY GET DOWN TO IT!!
1) DIET PLAN1:-
The first thing you need to know is the food pyramid.
You can also follow the diet plan as expressed in the food pyramid given below.
This includes all the essential foods which will provide necessary nutrients to you.
DIET PLAN 2:-
You can also eat more of the foods that are considered “fat burners” because they help individuals in losing a significant amount of weight. These foods include:-
1) VEGETABLE JUICE:-
This can be seen as a calorie cutting cocktail and if an individual takes one glass of it before having a particular meal, they will eat up to 135 lesser calories later.
Studies have found that a fiber which is found in the rolled grain restricts an individual’s appetite without a load of calories.
This is also known as an ideal combo to help people lose weight and eat less.
3) FAT-FREE MILK:-
Studies have shown that there is a link between body fat and calcium.
Body fat decreases when the calcium intake rises.
One of the studies done on dairy products also showed that having two servings of dairy every day may cut down the risk of obtaining weight as much as by 70%.
Nuts are rich sources of protein, calcium and also have different amounts of fats in them depending on the type of nuts.
Find out your favorite type or variety and include them in your diet plan.
The main benefit of this is that the fat and fiber in nuts makes them very filling which makes your weight stay constant.
5) GREEN TEA:-
Green tea is packed with nutrients that affect the body in an energetic way.
It is the healthiest drink ever!
Compounds in green tea may help in advancing your body’s metabolism and fat-burning capabilities.
3) DIET PLAN 3:-
Now my personal favorite, The General Motors (GM) diet plan!
This was created by General Motors Corporation to guide their employees for staying fit.
In this diet, exercises should be performed during and before the diet.
This diet plan is predicted to help you lose weight up to 7 to 8 kilos in 7 days!!!
It is a 7-day weight loss management plan that includes chosen vegetables and fruits, less fat, protein, and carbohydrates as well as high amounts of fiber because adding a lot of fiber is very useful for weight management.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS:–
– You need to start drinking about 8-12 glasses of water every day and start avoiding alcohol.
As a result, your skin will stay hydrated and this also restores the body’s moisture retention as well as cleanses the body of the toxins.
Fruit juices boost the body’s immunity, detoxify, consist of vitamin C and also fight injections.
Vegetable juices improve bowel function and get rid of all impurities too.
THE DIET PLAN:-
· DAY 1:–
Drink water and have only fruits.
Avoid eating oats, peas and bananas.
For breakfast, start with a bowl of melons, papaya and two glasses of water.
As a snack, drink a big glass of orange juice to stop craving for sweets if you are one of those people who have a sweet tooth like most of us! You can also have coconut water as it keeps you full for longer.
Have melons, kiwi and oranges for lunch and a cup of berries or apple juice in the evening.
Dinner is a cup of melons, papaya and apples and two-three glasses of water.
· DAY 2 :-
Do not eat corn, carrots and peas. Eat only vegetables and remember to have water regularly to stay hydrated.
For breakfast, drink two glasses of water and eat a baked potato made with olive oil.
For lunch, have cabbage, lettuce, water and cucumber.
Make some boiled broccoli, tomatoes and asparagus for dinner.
For snack time, include fresh tomatoes, vegetable juices and two-three glasses of water.
· DAY 3:-
On this day, eat a combination of fruits, vegetables, and water. Do not eat bananas.
By this day, you may have lost at least 1 or 2 kilos.
Drink tomato juice and carrot juice along with water during snack time.
Start the day with some fruits and
tomatoes cooked with a little oil and two or three glasses of water.
At lunch, have salads with tomatoes and cucumbers dressed with olive oil.
For dinner, have fruits like orange and watermelon as well as salad.
Start the day with milk and banana for breakfast.
At lunch, allow yourself to indulge in some yummy vegetable soup.
For dinner, have a banana shake and some vegetable soup again.
As a snack, have some cabbage soup, enjoy a banana milkshake and more water.
For the shakes, use skimmed milk.
Start the day with breakfast that contains tomato soup and meat to feel full.For lunch, enjoy a bowl filled with baked meat with tomatoes and do not include any bread.
The source of protein in this diet is meat.
For dinner, eat only tomato soup and a little amount of any type of meat of your choice.
Remember, snacks should only be water and you should have at least 14 glasses of water to purify the body.
This day can be started by eating non-vegetarian food like fish or meat.
For breakfast, have veggies with water and a small piece of meat.
For lunch, a bowl of meat and mixed vegetables without potatoes and bread is ideal on this day.
Drink coconut water and feel refreshed throughout the day.
Vegetable soup would also be nice to have to restore lost energy.
· DAY 7:-
On this day, have starchy foods like brown or white rice but don’t eat any meat. I, personally, like to add carrots and peas to the rice which gives it a different taste more rather than the taste of just plain rice.
At breakfast, you can have papaya or melon pieces followed by white rice with three glasses of water.
At lunch, have brown or white rice, one piece of watermelon or mango and mixed vegetables.
For dinner, have a bowl filled with greens and liquids and AVOID RICE.
THERE MAY BE SOME SIDE EFFECTS IN THE FIRST FEW DAYS, SUCH AS:-
1) FATIGUE:- THIS MAY HAPPEN DUE TO LOW CALORIE INTAKE BECAUSE YOU ARE ONLY EATING VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.
2) GAS:- SINCE YOU ARE EATING FRUITS MORE THAN FAT, IT MAY FORM GAS INSIDE THE YOUR STOMACH.
3) CRAVINGS:- THIS IS NATURAL BECAUSE THE REGULAR NUTRIENT AND CALORIE INTAKE IS LOWER THAN THE NORMAL AMOUNT. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CONTROL THE LONGING TO EAT.
