    I didn’t have any idea of super foods till i read your article.
    I don’t surprise how those fruits are beneficial, but for the spinach, which is a little beyond my expectation, cuz it’s kinda really regular food! After reading your article, i gotta grab more spinach in market! By the way, i love avocado, apples and green tea, im glad that they are one of those super food!
