  2. Hi, I was attracted with the word ‘permanently’ which i see here. I must say I am a bit skeptical about removing body fat permanently. One method or another may work for a while and one may indeed reduce the fat. So what you suggest I cannot question as I did not try it. But it is very hard to keep the weight the same for a long period, I know this from my bad experience. I guess you will disagree.

  3. Hi,
    I’m guilty of eating vegetables to lose body fat in the past. I’ve learned from my mistakes that is not the right method.

    Now, I eat all types of whole foods. I even force myself to eat animal protein which I was never fond of eating.

    Eating just vegetables made me hungry and when there was temptations around my diet would fly out the window as fast as I lost the weight.

      We tend to lose weight faster with a high protein diet and what you should be doing is not starving yourself in any way.
