  1. These are great tips that really enhanced my knowledge of the benefits of Chia seeds. I knew they were a great source of Omega 3 fats and antioxidants. What I didn’t know was that they could help in the fight against Type 2 diabetes and also Osteoporosis. These are both issues I am fighting to prevent. I will be adding a lot of Chia seeds to my diet (and water). I hadn’t thought about something as simple as adding them to a water bottle. Thanks for the info!
