5 TIPS FOR GOOD HEALTH

Many of us live a life which is a big hive of activity and this leads to us having little to no time for ourselves.
While we’re busy in this daily hustle bustle of life, we often forget about keeping good health for ourselves.
Here are 5 tips for having good health and keeping it for those people who are always on the go:-

1) KEEP YOUR HANDS CLEAN!
Hand WashingThis is pretty obvious since all of us know that staying germ-free helps us get rid of many diseases harmful bacteria and keeps us in good health but many of us don’t implement this simply because we’re too busy.

Throughout the day, we may touch many things which have germs and forget to wash later.

We do get wet wipes and sanitizers in the market and use them to keep your hand’s clean when you are outside and when you’re at home don’t forget to wash your hands before and after eating and even after using the washroom for that matter.

Even simple things like this contribute to good health.


2) HAVE THE KING’S BREAKFAST.
Most of us have heard from our parents ever since we were little kids and keep hearing it around the news that breakfast is essential for good health and those who miss it result in missing a lot of energy they could have got from a healthy breakfast.

When starting off for the day, it would be ideal to choose a breakfast which has the right type of fats, is high in fiber and it is lovely when you have a breakfast which is high in protein as well.

I like to follow a rule which I read somewhere a long time ago that a person should eat breakfast like a king, have lunch like a normal person and have dinner like they don’t have enough money for food!
This is mainly because dinner is the closest to bed time.


3) DRINK WATER.
Our body comprises of about 65% of water and it is very important to stay hydrated in order to have good health.
Water is the only drink with no carbs or harmful ingredients, it is a daily necessity and drink an adequate amount of it every day.
Drinking Water  You might have heard people talking about drinking eight glasses of water each day and this is also a good way of staying hydrated throughout the day.

You can also drink water in those bottles which a capacity of 1.5 liters each day.

Minimum two bottles of water every day would be great in such bottles.


4) INCREASE VEGETABLE AND FRUIT INTAKE:-
 Have more of those green vegetables such as spinach, cucumber, peas, cauliflower etc and Fruits And Vegetables fruits such as apples, mangoes, bananas etc because they provide necessary nutrients which keep you fit and healthy.

This also protects against cancer and limits the risk of heart disease.

Also, it does not matter if you eat fruits in a frozen or a fresh form, they are loaded with ingredients that are high in minerals, vitamins and fiber.
Therefore, eat vegetables and fruits.


5) WORKOUT.

There is no denying the fact that exercise is very important to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
No matter how busy we are, it is necessary to get a bit of exercise because this helps to keep your body active, fit and healthy.

We don’t need to go to the gym for exercising, there are many ways you can stay slim and healthy by just exercising from home.

Doing a bit of jumping jacks, lunges, push-ups ( not everyone’s favorite part) , treadmill etc you can be doing a lot of exercises staying at home itself.
